Who Can Apply:
- Professionals with 10+ years of experience in academia or industry
- Professors, researchers, senior scientists, industry leaders, or retired professionals
- Must have proven expertise in mentoring, curriculum design, or strategic planning
Key Responsibilities:
- Mentor and support Aspire departments within your expertise
- Validate course structures, training content, and research programs
- Provide strategic inputs to ensure industry-academia relevance
- Participate in high-level program reviews, expert identification, and quality assurance
Engagement Mode:
- Flexible and remote (online)
- 2–4 strategic interactions or validations per month
- Recognition on the Aspire website and official documentation
- Honorarium-based model (fixed per engagement)
Expert Consultant – Training & Research
Role Overview:
Subject matter experts who contribute their knowledge through training sessions, technical mentorship, and research consulting in a flexible, project-based format.
Who Can Apply:
- Professionals with 5+ years of experience in any relevant domain of expertise
- Researchers, trainers, technical consultants, industry professionals, or academic faculty
- Must have practical experience in tools, software, or domain-specific problem solving
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver webinars, workshops, and short-term training (online/offline)
- Guide academic or industrial projects, proposals, and skill development
