Formerly associated with the All-India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), Dr. Subahash Desai has played an instrumental role in shaping industry-relevant curricula for engineering institutions. Dr. Bharat Bhushan

Dr. Bharat Bhushan is a Professor & Principal Scientist and academic policymaker with over three decades of contribution to veterinary and animal sciences in India. He served in leadership roles at the Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR) and holds deep expertise in translational R&D, institutional planning, and national policy execution. A recipient of various awards in scientific innovation and veterinary outreach, Dr. Bhushan brings to Aspire a foundation of regulatory insight, inter-institutional collaboration, and credibility in academic governance.
Dr. G. Bhupal Raj

Dr. G. Bhupal Raj is a nationally recognized agricultural scientist and academic administrator with over 35 years of leadership experience. He served as Director of Extension at Professor Jayashankar Telangana State Agricultural University and held deanships at multiple agricultural colleges across India. Dr. Raj is a recipient of six national awards, including the prestigious Dr. N.E. Borlaug Award and a Lifetime Achievement Award for his outstanding contributions to agricultural research and extension. With over 100 publications in reputed journals and two patents to his credit, he has played a key role in soil science, crop nutrition diagnostics, and sustainable agriculture. His international presence includes academic visits to the U.S., U.K., Thailand, and China, where he contributed to global conferences and knowledge exchange. At Aspire, he spearheads rural innovation, agricultural skilling, and institutional advisory for building India’s agri-education ecosystem, with a strong focus on real-world application and rural upliftment.

As the founder of ADPRS (Ami Divatia Project and Research Services), she has led and consulted on numerous multidisciplinary projects in areas such as public health, education, social welfare, media research, and sustainable development. At Aspire, she plays a pivotal role in strengthening social science education, data-driven mentorship, and ethically rooted community research.
Dr. Ashwini Renavikar

Dr. Ashwini Renavikar is an accomplished professor, researcher, and Certified Software Quality Analyst with over 25 years of experience in computer management, academic leadership, and cross-domain research mentoring. A postdoctoral fellow in AI and education innovation, she holds 4 patents (2 Indian and 2 international), has authored 5 academic books, and is certified by Cambridge University and the Quality Assurance Institute (USA). Her global teaching engagements and soft skills training programs have impacted academic institutions and corporate learners alike.
